ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for the potential disk corrupter SET.EXE on
OpenVMS Alpha V6.1 through V6.2. This kit addresses the following
problems:
o The index files of a disk can become corrupted. Closer examination
of the index file will show that a large number of blocks in the index
file, at contiguous VBNs from the start of the file, will have 2
words corrupted in the file at offsets 0x3a and 0x1FE. These correspond
to the locations of checksum1 and checksum2 in a volume homeblock.
In order to receive this full fix, in addition to this kit you
must also install the ALPVERI01_062 kit.
