ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO kit qexists for OpenVMS/(Hanzi, Hanyu, Hangul) Alpha V7.1.  This
kit addresses the following problems:

  o  There is a bug inside the Asian multi-byte terminal driver
     (HSY$ASDRIVER).  The bug will sometimes cause the system crash.
     After installing this ECO kit, it will fix the problem.
