ECO KIT SUMMARY:

An ECO kit exists for SYS$PADRIVER.EXE on OpenVMS Alpha V6.2 through
V6.2-1H3.  This kit addresses the following problems:

  o  Invalid Buffer Name errors caused the entire port to crash.
     Now, instead of crashing the entire port, just one virtual
     circuit crashes.
